CFI Fluorescent offers a complete line of high efficiency strips using T5 lamps, providing a new solution for commercial and industrial applications (and offering an excellent colour rendering index-CRI). The T5 tube diameter is 40% smaller than T8 lamps, giving us the opportunity to offer a smaller luminaire. The new regular SV strip with 1 or 2 lamps per cross-section is only 2" wide by 1 3/8" (channel), making this luminaire a perfect solution for architectural cove applications. For more flexibility, we offer a complete line of T5 Strips. This lamp technology can provide a higher lumen package than a regular T8 or T12 strip. For example, a 48" 2 lamp Strip using regular 2x32W T8 provides a total of 5900 lumens (nominal at 25°C). For applications that need more light, we can now use a 46" T5 Strip with a smaller profile, using 2x54W T5 lamps providing 8800 lumens.

A wide variety of accessories are available with the new T5 Strip family including:

• Symmetrical reflectors for high ceiling industrial applications
  
• Reflectors with a small up-light contribution (reducing cave effect in suspended ceilings)
  
• Stylish, microperforated white steel reflectors
